Brennan Chatman - 6'4 Guard - Norfolk Collegiate School

Norfolk Collegiate School has a number of prospects on the hardwood heading into a new season. Another one of those prospects is 6-foot-4 combo guard Brennan Chatman. He’s a 3-and-D prospect given his ability to knock down shots in space and defend multiple spots on the floor with his length and athleticism on the floor. He’s got range on the perimeter and a nice touch on his shot that makes him quite the 2024 prospect for DI and DII programs in the region to keep eyes on.

Chatman heads into his senior year after producing 12.0 PPG, 4.2 RPG, 1.6 SPG and 2.1 APG on 60 made 3-pointers and 43 percent shooting from the field. He shot 36 percent from behind the arc while showing off his efficiency this past season and college programs are starting to take notice of his skill set. When he gets going off the bounce, he’s proven he can knock down shots at volume in a variety of ways.

He’s got nice range as a spotup shooter and is even more lethal off the bounce as an attacker. He constantly looks to put pressure on opponents with his length and ability to touch the paint. He’s a confident defender who can guard the opposing team’s best player while still maintaining an ability to score consistently. He’s a high IQ prospect with a 3-and-D frame and skill set. He’ll look to be a consistent force in the NCS backcourt this upcoming season as he looks to continue to turn the heads of college coaches.
