Martez 'Tez' Harris - 6'9 Hybrid Forward/Center - Oak Hill Academy

6-foot-9 big man Martez ‘Tez’ Harris has seen his stock grow a ton over the past few months as he’s emerged on the grassroots scene with Team Loaded VA on the Adidas 3SSB stage. He’s a big man to get to know in the 2025 class in the Gotham Prospects Database as he’s due for a big junior campaign on the NIBC stage.

He’s a dynamic hybrid forward/center prospect who isn’t afraid to play a physical brand of basketball and utilize his strong frame in a variety of ways in the painted area to make an impact in the frontcourt.

Harris is really coming into his own as a hybrid forward/center given his development as a shot creator off the bounce to add to his consistency as a rim attacker in the painted area. He knows how to be effective on both ends of the floor with his ability to stretch the floor with his shooting and perimeter game offensively.

His ability to bring the ball up the floor and knock down shots on the perimeter and in the midrange has made him a very lethal threat heading into a pivotal junior season. He does well to secure rebounds and instantly turn them into opportunities on the offensive end. As he continues to develop and add bulk to his frame, he’ll be an intriguing name to track over the next few months in the 2025 class.

Harris will be a name to keep an eye on as he moves to Oak Hill Academy heading into his junior season after spending the 2022-23 season at Cape Henry Collegiate School. He holds a handful of offers already from HM and MM programs as he heads to the NIBC stage looking to boost the Warriors frontcourt.
